NWO Propane is the best propane company in North West Ohio. Great service and great office manager. I recommend this company to everyone!

Not only was NWO the only company that seemed to express any kind of empathy to our situation, they had a new tank in my yard and filled it that day. They really saved the day and I cant express enough gratitude for their effort.

I have been an NWO customer for over a year now. My husband and I purchased a new 500 gallon tank from them and they were at our house setting it up the next day. Removed the old tank, hooked up the lines and regulators then filled us up. Wonderful, wonderful service. Today I called the receptionist and said I wanted my tank topped off whenever they were in the area. She told me they were right down the road and she would tell them. They were at my house in 10 minutes. Can’t ask for better service than that. The lady that answered the phone was very nice and helpful.

Extremely thankful for this company! We called to see if we could get a fill up because the company we usually purchase propane through wasn’t contacting us back for scheduling a delivery. They came within about 24 hours of our call, on Christmas Eve. Their prices are way more reasonable then Suburban Propane. We wish we would have called them years ago, we would have saved a lot of money. Highly recommend.
